The next morning it was pouring rain, but we were nice and dry in the bus. We took showers, packed up and hit the road.
Despite the weather we had happy times. We stopped in the first town and had a not very good breakfast at a diner, and then went to the hardware store and bought some washers to shim out the rocker arms so i could again adjust the valves. Then we went to Wal-Mart and just looked at stuff for a while.
We again crossed the Mississippi river!
And entered Missouri, which is where my mother's family is from.
Above is one of the biggest Chevy dealers I've ever seen.
Missouri was quite nice in the rain.
I break into song ;)
We stayed at a very nice state park that night. They had a small swimming area and Anu swam there but I did not.
